Crisis Pathway Consultancy is led by Simon Adair, MBA, CMgr, whose career spans some of the world’s most demanding military, intelligence, and corporate environments. A former Royal Marine and UK Special Duties operator, Simon went on to serve in MI6, planning and leading complex missions in volatile, high-stakes settings where clarity, judgement, and resilience were essential.
After transitioning from government service, Simon built a distinguished corporate career, holding senior global roles at the BBC, BT, and the NBA. Across these organisations, he led risk, security, crisis management, and organisational resilience programmes—supporting C-suite leaders, high-profile teams, and multinational operations through periods of rapid change, heightened scrutiny, and operational pressure.
Alongside his operational and strategic background, Simon is an experienced executive coach, working with senior leaders to elevate decision-making, strengthen presence, and develop the mindset required to perform at the highest level. His coaching integrates behavioural insight, practical leadership frameworks, and the real-world experience of someone who has operated—and led—under extreme pressure.
