Testing Accountability & Reputation Under Pressure  

This crisis simulation went beyond operational response, testing multi-agency plans, accountability, and decision-making of a Senior Leadership Events team and local authorities. Reputational crises rarely follow a script,  and neither did this exercise. Here is what participants said:

“The exercise simulated a major multi industry incident with significant reputational risk, creating a realistic, high pressure environment that tested senior leadership decision, making. It provoked the right questions around accountability, communication, and values under pressure, while fostering constructive debate and alignment on priorities. Overall, it strengthened confidence in our readiness and highlighted the need for clear coordination and ownership in managing this complex event.”
